Appointments are accepted:
Tuesdays through Fridays and
​1 Saturday a month.
Payment Options:
Cash, Check, or Credit Card
Insurance Billing Policy:
The office does not accept any forms of insurance.  Payment for care is made at the time of your appointment and then a superbill will be emailed to you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
